Should you wish to cancel your policy, this must be done by calling customer services on 0333 002 0638, or alternatively writing to the Customer Service Manager, E-Safe Repairs, Unit 3, ingworth road, Poole, Bh12 1JY. Do not attempt to cancel this Service Plan with your bank, this plan was set up with E-Safe Repairs and needs to be cancelled solely and directly with us. Should you attempt to cancel this policy outside of the guidelines, this may delay or prevent any monies due to you being returned.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulation, you have 14 days from receiving the agreement documents to cancel and get a full refund. A refund would be processed immediately but may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.

Once the cancellation period of 14 working days (in accordance with the CCR regulation) has expired, you do not have the right to cancel the Agreement or to a refund; you will be bound by this contract for the period you agreed (please see the “policy length stated on your agreement”). However, the contract will not be renewed. This technical support and repairs service agreement will automatically be cancelled if you fail to pay all monies due.
